The quality of drapery hardware is excellent. The rod and brackets are solid and the rings glide smoothly and quietly. I ordered online late on Sunday afternoon and had a few questions. I texted Mark and he responded very quickly. He answered all my questions and helped me select the right products. When one of the brackets was out of stock, he contacted me to offer a better quality bracket at the same price. Mark even rushed to have my order ready for pickup the next day.
