Calculate Fabric Requirements

Width: 100" finished width + 4" side hems (2" per side) = 104" fabric width.

Length: 120" finished length + 8" hem allowance (4" top + 4" bottom) = 128" fabric length.

2. Cutting the Fabric

Cut fabric to 104" wide × 128" long, ensuring the pattern (if any) is aligned.

3. Hem the Sides

Fold each side 1" in, then fold again 1", and press.

Sew along the inner folded edge using a straight stitch.

4. Hem the Bottom

Fold the bottom edge 4" up, then fold again 4" for a neat finish.

Sew close to the upper folded edge for a weighted hem.

5. Attach the Pulse Pleat Tape

Place the pulse tape along the top edge, aligning it ½" from the edge.

Pin it in place, ensuring the pleat pockets align evenly across the width.

Sew along the top and bottom edges of the tape, securing it firmly.

6. Insert Hooks & Gliders

Insert pleat hooks into the pre-sewn pockets on the tape, spacing them evenly.
